FAQ:
Q: Create system files error
A: The system needs to create a 4MB temporary file, so make sure the SD/TF has enough space.(It's better to run the R4 to create this temporary file once you finish formatting the card, and before you put any games on
Q: The system file is not correct.
A: If the 4MB temporary file is damaged or corrupt, delete it and run the R4 again to create it.
Q: How do saves work? Will I be able to backup my save-games?
A: Once game is played, it will ask to create a save. Once created, save will be the same name as the ROM file, with the .sav entension. Just copy it and put it somewhere on your computer to backup the saves.
Q: Failed to create archive?
A: There are 2 possible reasons: One is the card has not enough space; Second: to the FAT16 OS, the root directory has a maximal file amount: 512.
Q: Archive has been damaged?
A: There are 2 possible reasons also: First, the archive is damaged; Second, If the archive is copy from the other type of flash card.
Q: Is the R4 Compatible with the Rumble Pack or Opera Ram Expansion?
A: Yes.
Q: Does the R4 support DS Homebrew Roms?
A: Yes but has some bad compatibility with some homebrew.

A: Same as the original carts, can lower down brightness to save battery life etc.
Q: What about reading Speeds from the DS? Are they Equal to an original cart?
A: Yes they are equal, as long as you have a good branded MicroSD, Kingston or Sandisk.
Q: Does Drag and Drop functionality work on a Mac and other Operating systems except Windows?
A: Yes, it supports any OS as long as it has drag and drop and a USB port.
Q: Do I have to use patches and extra software to load files on the NDS?
A: Absolutely not. Some homebrew requires extra software, but they should come with it if needed.
Q: Will I need any other extra software or hardware to manage the R4?
A: Absolutely not. To add cheats however, you will need to use the official Cheat Code Editor.

A: Current colours are black and white, may manufacture different colours in the future.
